"Rewild Culture" refers to planting coffee saplings in public green spaces or nature reserves. Allowing coffee to grow and mature in the wild. This volcanic area used to be a natural growing area for coffee, but has been uncultivated for many years. The purpose of this project is to restore the local coffee growing ecology.
1. Sipffee cooperated with an environmental NGO to conduct a wild release program of coffee saplings in a dormant volcano park in Papua New Guinea.
2. This volcanic area used to be a natural growing area for coffee, but it has not been cultivated for many years. The purpose of this project is to restore the local coffee growing ecology.
3. A team of volunteers led by an NGO planted coffee saplings on the 1,800-meter plateau of the volcano.
4. In the next 5-7 years, saplings will be managed and monitored regularly to ensure their survival and growth.
5. A large-scale sustainable development plan aimed at restoring the local ecology and increasing the income of local communities.
6. Bring new sources of supply and enhance its influence in the field of sustainable development.
Sipffee had previously conducted a small-scale "Volcanic Coffee Farming" trial project in a volcanic park in Papua New Guinea. Building on this, Sipffee approaches to promote the "Volcanic Coffee Rewild Culture":
1. Strengthen cooperation with local communities and NGOs to establish long-term monitoring mechanisms to track the growth status of coffee trees in the trial area.
2. Hold regular activities to allow more people to learn about the unique coffee ecological environment in volcanic areas.
3. Set up themed exhibition areas in stores to demonstrate project progress and hold lectures to share related knowledge.
4. Encourage community participation in seedling management and coffee processing activities to drive local tourism development.
5. Collaborate with universities to conduct research tracking the impact of volcanic soils on coffee quality.
6. Collect feedback to plan diversified experiential activities such as coffee picking to promote cultural inheritance.
7. successfully cultivated coffee into the supply chain to promote sustainable development of the project.
Through long-term support, Sipffee has the potential to build a unique "Volcanic Coffee Rewild Culture".
